As Design Lead at PublicSquare, I guided the evolution of the platform’s visual and functional experience across consumer and merchant-facing products. I led the development of a scalable design system to support rapid product growth, while collaborating closely with engineering to implement seamless payment integrations. I also shaped a suite of merchant tools to improve onboarding, analytics, and day-to-day usability. Alongside product work, I helped define a refreshed brand identity—establishing a new look and feel that aligned with the company’s mission and market positioning.
