Overtone (now part of Unity Technologies) is a cross-platform, communications app for E-sports leagues and casual gamers. Leveraging the parent company's voice api, My team's mission was to bring the business from a B2B market directly to gamers at home.
Working with both UX and Marketing partners, I managed a small team in the discovery and design of a new TripAdvisor experience. TripAdvisor's long time business model had become the user experience model. Leveraging insights gleaned from user research, we restructured the experience to support booking, planning, in-destination and post travel mental models.
For Vivox, my team established a company vision, mission, and principles. We then designed a new visual identity, new customer facing software and multi-channel advertising.
